THE SELLING PROCESS
CONTACT US ABOUT YOUR ITEMTell us about your item. Contact us and give us as many details about your item as possible - the more we know, the easier it will be for us to give you an accurate estimate of the sales value of your item.
RECEIVE OUR OFFER
Within 2 business days you will receive an email from TBPB with an official offer. The offer will have a range between two distinct values. This is because we have to do a final evaluation upon receiving your item. Ordinarily the final offer will be within the range of the initial offers, unless defects that were not described prior are discovered during the final evaluation. The two types of offers:
- Sell direct to us: This is the fastest and easiest way for you to turn your item into cash. Payment will be sent to you within two (2) business days.
- Consignment: Our offer with your estimated payment after we have sold your item and deducted our consignment service fee (consignment gives you the highest return from the sale of your item).

*If you have chosen to consign your item, please include the Consignment Agreement in the package.
RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT
In accordance with EU law we will make sure to send payment within 2-3 weeks of the selling date of your item.
